I am dealing with the experience of Intimacy on many different levels in this new body of work. Intimacy is the binding between maker and viewer. Intimacy codifies, collects and connects all levels of the body with the art body in view.
The act of creation itself is an act of locating oneself in Intimacy. Intimacy holds the power of transformation. It will transform you if you surrender yourself. We always perceive the artist as the maker of Art. It is Art that ultimately makes the Artist. Art is an act of surrender.
